GitHub Contributor / Senior Software Engineer – AI Training
Location: Remote
Type: Contract Approximately 15 hours/weekCompensation: $50–$150/hour
Openings: 100
We are looking for experienced Senior Software Engineers with strong open-source contributions to work on an innovative AI training project.
Responsibilities:
* Fix complex software bugs and implement new features
* Refactor and optimize existing codebases
* Solve challenging software engineering problems
* Create coding environments and reference solutions to train AI models
* Review and validate technical solutions
* Document technical reasoning and solution approaches
Requirements:
* Strong expertise in at least one: Python, Java, C++, Rust, Go, or TypeScript
* Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
* Experience in debugging, feature development, refactoring, and performance optimization
* Proven open-source contributions on GitHub or GitLab
* Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills
* Good technical communication and documentation skills
AI experience is not required.
Selection Process:

Availability: Candidates should be ready to start within 24–48 hours of completing onboarding.
