ServiceMaster by Crossroads Restoration Services is currently expanding our team by adding an additional Mitigation Project Manager to our Commercial Division.

The Mitigation Commercial Project Manager (PM) leads emergency restoration projects (water/mold/bio) and other types of restoration jobs as deemed necessary from inspection through completion. In this role you will oversee projects involving risk assessment, documentation (e.g., MICA/Dash), while coordinating technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely job completion and manage job costing, purchasing, and project profitability. A qualified candidate for this role will have industry program-work experience with scoping, estimating, and seeing mitigation through completion while ensuring IICRC and OSHA compliance. A strong candidate will possess a solid understanding of commercial project budgets, having ability to monitor and manage material, labor, subcontractors, job costs, and profit margins, while working around business operations, occupants, and facility requirements meeting critical project deadlines and maintaining effective client/adjuster communication.

During peak business times, the Mitigation PM may be asked to manage and perform certain aspects of the above listed types of jobs. It is the responsibility of the Mitigation PM to present his/herself professionally by reporting to work each day in a neat, clean and presentable fashion that best represents CRS.

CRS is a 24/7 disaster-based business and even when not “On-Call” may be asked to work after hours and on weekends/holidays.

Salary will coincide with experience. This position includes a company vehicle, gas card, expense card, phone stipend, base salary, and other incentives/commissions.
