The opportunity
We are looking for an AWS Alliance Lead to own and accelerate our relationship with AWS.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how the AWS Partner ecosystem works and knows how to navigate AWS programs, processes and teams to create opportunities, secure funding, build joint GTM motions and drive customer engagements.
You’ll work closely with AWS Account Teams, AWS Partner Teams, and internal Leadership to turn our AWS partnership into measurable pipeline and revenue.

What you will be doing
⚡ Drive AWS programs and competencies — leverage understanding of AWS Partner Network requirements, competencies, specializations, validations and partner progression, and coordinate between AWS & internal teams to achieve them.
⚡ Drive AWS funding motions — Navigate programs such as MAP and other AWS funding mechanisms, prepare business cases, coordinate submissions and track approvals through to utilization.
⚡ Track alliance performance — maintain visibility into AWS pipeline, funding, competencies, certifications, joint activities and revenue contribution.
⚡ Create joint GTM motions — develop campaigns, account-based initiatives, workshops, webinars and other activities with AWS to generate qualified pipeline.
What we are looking for
• 5+ years of experience in managing AWS alliances or a similar role
• Demonstrated experience working with AWS sales and partner teams and navigating AWS processes
• Practical knowledge of AWS competencies, specializations, partner validations and AWS Partner Program requirements
• Experience with AWS funding programs, particularly MAP
• Understanding of AWS ACE / co-sell motions, opportunity registration and partner-led sales processes
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
