Job Description As the first dedicated Executive Assistant at Parallel Distribution, you will serve as the operational hub for two co-founders in a high-velocity environment. You’ll manage complex calendars, streamline business operations like payroll and invoicing, and build the foundational SOPs that will allow this viral content powerhouse to scale its global, distributed team.

What You Will Do

• Own the co-founders’ schedules and communications, ensuring their time is optimized and critical priorities never fall through the cracks.
• Manage end-to-end business operations, including client invoicing, vendor relationships, employee onboarding, and basic financial administration for the NYC headquarters.
• Design and implement scalable SOPs and automated workflows to bring structure to a fast-moving, high-volume content production environment.

The ideal candidate

• Has 2-5 years of experience supporting executives or founders, ideally within a high-growth startup or a fast-paced creative agency.
• Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and the ability to independently manage multiple competing priorities with high discretion and judgment.
• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and a “wear-many-hats” mindset, comfortable learning new tools and building systems from scratch.
