Executive Assistant ($130k-$150k) - San Diego
Well-established and thriving finance firm in San Diego is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their collaborative team.
Located in Del Mar, this role will provide comprehensive administrative support to two investment team Managing Directors. Duties include managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing meeting materials, arranging global travel, processing expenses, maintaining contact lists in DealCloud and Salesforce, planning events, providing back-up coverage for other assistants, and special projects as needed.
