AI Tech PM - Banking, Market and Treasury - TGM

Job Requirements Required Experience

8+ years of experience in project management, technology delivery, digital transformation, data, analytics, automation, or AI-related initiatives.

Experience managing AI, GenAI, machine learning, Agentic AI, any automation projects (added value).

Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry is preferred.

Strong experience working with cross-functional teams across business, technology, data, risk, compliance, security, vendors, and operations.

Experience with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.

Required Skills Strong project planning, execution, stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills.

Practical understanding of AI, GenAI, machine learning, Agentic AI and AI lifecycle management.

Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, model risk, data privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, and audit requirements.

Ability to convert business needs into structured delivery plans and measurable outcomes.

Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, multiple stakeholders, and parallel AI initiatives.

Strong executive reporting and presentation skills.
