Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Backend Software Engineer to join our engineering team in Bengaluru. The role involves developing and maintaining backend applications, APIs, and capabilities supporting the customer journey lifecycle.
You will work closely with Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers to build scalable, reliable, and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend APIs, tools, and services to centralize data and events.
- Design and develop scalable microservices-based applications .
- Solve complex technical problems and improve development efficiency.
- Contribute to software architecture and system design discussions.
- Build stable and well-defined solutions that improve business processes and data integrity.
- Identify technical patterns and underlying issues and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
- Follow best practices for reliability, observability, monitoring, and production support .

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field .
Candidates with 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in the relevant specialty may also be considered.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should have strong backend engineering expertise, hands-on experience with Java, AWS, and Microservices , and a solid understanding of system design and software architecture .
