The Role

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that enhance associate workflows and customer interactions.
• Contribute to the north star platform architecture, continuously publishing and refining living diagrams and canonical APIs for agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, prompt libraries, and multi-tenant policy enforcement.
• Evaluate, harden, and blend agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel) to meet enterprise SLAs, driving adoption by new applications.
• Contribute to crafting an end-to-end GenAI SDK, CLI, and starter kits to accelerate prototyping to production timelines.
• Help establish a vision for central guardrail services, including prompt firewalls, content-filter hooks, and audit APIs, to ensure trust and safety.
• Collaborate with architects to optimize orchestration-level batching, retrieval caching, and heuristic tuning for performance, and incubate proofs of concept for advanced AI capabilities.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI with 8+ years, or Master’s with 6+ years, experience in AI/ML algorithms/technologies.
• At least 8 years of programming experience with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
• 8+ years experience deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or private cloud).
• 2+ years experience supporting Agentic Frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor multiple engineering teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience leading GenAI or LLM-Powered application architectures in production.
