Python FastAPI Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Python FastAPI Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development, FastAPI frameworks, and API integrations. Experience with frontend/UI development is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Python and FastAPI.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable applications.
• Integrate backend services with databases, third-party systems, and cloud platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and application monitoring.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Good understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security.
