About the role
Everbloom Flowers Pty Ltd is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer‑focused organisation, you will be responsible for delivering world‑class support and service to our clients. This full‑time role is based in our West Leederville, WA office, with a focus on building strong relationships and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The hours for this position are 6:00am to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility to work Saturday shifts is essential, and only candidates available for an immediate start should apply.
What you’ll be doing
- Serving as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries, orders, and general support
- Providing exceptional customer service with professionalism, care, and attention to detail
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and order histories
- Collaborating with our sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommending process improvements
What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and other relevant software
- A service‑oriented mindset and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
- Flexibility to work Saturday shifts
- Availability for an immediate start
- Florist or flower‑industry experience/knowledge is desirable but not required
- A willingness to learn about our products and services
