Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AI Product Owner / Product Manager to lead AI/ML and GenAI product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with conversational AI, LLM-based products, Agile delivery, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap, backlog, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria .
- Manage AI/ML and GenAI product development , ideally involving conversational AI or LLM-based solutions.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coordinate with engineering, design, and business teams.
- Define product success metrics and evaluate quality and performance data.
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and deliver business and customer value.
Required Skills
- Experience in AI/ML or GenAI Product Management .
- Experience with roadmap and backlog management .
- Strong knowledge of user stories and acceptance criteria .
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments .
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GCP, Vertex AI, CCAI , or similar cloud AI platforms.
- Experience with conversational AI / LLM-based products .
- Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience .
- Experience defining and tracking AI evaluation and quality metrics .
