- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress, quality, safety, schedule, and project requirements.
- Coordinate project closeout, occupancy planning, relocations, and facility activation.
- Review architectural, engineering, and construction documents.
Budget, Contracts & Vendors

- Review invoices, expenditures, change orders, and contractual obligations.
- Assist with procurement, consultant selection, bid evaluation, and contract administration.
- Maintain accurate project financial tracking and reporting.
- Support capital planning and project prioritization.
Stakeholder & Facility Coordination

- Help ensure projects meet organizational standards, building codes, safety requirements, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Support sustainability, quality improvement, and regulatory readiness initiatives.
What You Bring — Must-Haves
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in construction project management, facility planning, project development, design, construction, or a closely related area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a closely related field.*
- Experience developing and managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Knowledge of construction management, project delivery methods, procurement, and contract administration.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, engineering, and construction documents.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and changing priorities.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Indiana Driver’s License.

We’d especially like to hear from candidates who bring:
- Healthcare construction or healthcare facilities experience.
- Experience serving as an owner’s representative.
- Experience with healthcare facility design, building systems, codes, or regulatory requirements.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar project visualization/design software.
- A PMP, CCM, LEED accreditation, Registered Architect credential, or similar professional certification.
- Experience supporting capital planning, real estate, leasing, acquisition, or facility activation projects.
What Success Looks Like
You’re someone who can move comfortably between a construction site, a project budget, a design meeting, and a conversation with organizational leadership. You know how to keep multiple projects organized, communicate issues early, work through competing priorities, and build productive relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Most importantly, you understand that successful facility projects are about more than completing constructio…
