ROLE W2 (AI Engineer WITH Property and Casualty Insurance EXP )

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models for P&C insurance applications (e.g., risk scoring, claims triage, fraud detection, underwriting automation, pricing optimization).
• Build and maintain AI pipelines that integrate structured (policy, claims, loss runs) and unstructured (documents, images, telematics) insurance data.
• Create LLM-powered tools for policy document analysis, FNOL automation, subrogation identification, and coverage interpretation.

Work cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, actuarial, and product teams to identify business problems suitable for AI solutions.

• Translate complex AI concepts and results into practical business outcomes and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and executives.
• Technical Expertise:
• Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, MS Agent Framework, LangChain).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses (e.g., SQL Server, MS Fabric).
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data from insurance policy systems, claims management systems (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek), and knowledge of ISO/ACORD data standards.
• Domain Knowledge:
• Minimum 3 years experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines underwriting, claims management, fraud detection, policy interpretation, premium audit, and policy changes.
• Understanding of insurance industry forms, standards, and workflows (ISO CLM, ACORD forms, SIU triggers, etc.).
