Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with 8+ years of overall experience and strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting marketing automation solutions, integrations, and customer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
· Work with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder.
· Develop personalized campaigns using AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS.
· Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM/external systems.
· Work with REST/SOAP APIs and troubleshoot integration issues.
· Support data segmentation, automation, campaign deployment, testing, and troubleshooting.
· Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Required Skills
· 8+ years of overall IT experience
· Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
· Experience with AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS
· Strong knowledge of Journey Builder and Automation Studio
· Experience with Salesforce CRM / Marketing Cloud Connect
· Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
· Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
· Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
Enterprise-level Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation experience
