Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Ads & AI (WFH)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with around 2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing tools.

This role is focused on paid advertising, campaign management, performance tracking, and keeping up with the latest AI developments in digital marketing. we are looking for someone who is curious, willing to learn, test new tools, and grow with the team.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising

Plan, create, manage and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research.

Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions and ad spend.

Make regular campaign adjustments based on performance.

Test different audiences, creatives, ad copies and campaign strategies.

Prepare basic performance reports and identify areas for improvement.

Manage tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.

AI & Digital Marketing

Stay updated with the latest AI tools, platforms and developments in digital marketing.

Explore and implement AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI marketing solutions for research, campaign planning, ad copy, analysis and workflow improvement.

Follow emerging developments in AI-powered advertising and search, including new opportunities from platforms such as Google, Meta and OpenAI.

Test new AI tools and identify practical ways they can be used within our digital marketing operations.

Work with the team to experiment with new AI-based marketing ideas and strategies.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
