Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

KLA is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Investor Relations and Market Analytics team, and CFO Staff.  This is a high-expectation, high-visibility role for a polished operator who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities with precision, and execute flawlessly in a fast-paced public-company environment. The role is expected to be more than 50% of time spent on Investor Relations / Market Analytics coordination (this will be your core team) and the remainder reserved for flexible CFO Staff support. The use of AI and the willingness to learn AI best-practices will be a critical part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the coordination of investor-facing logistics, including earnings calls, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, one-on-one meetings, and site visits including investor bus tours.
• Manage complex calendars, meeting requests, travel arrangements, and scheduling priorities for Investor Relations leadership and related activities.
• Support in the preparation of high-quality briefing materials, presentations, executive summaries, agendas, attendee lists, and follow-up documentation.
• Maintain rigorous control over investor and analyst contact lists, meeting trackers, CRM systems, and document organization.
• Provide disciplined support to the Market Analytics team by coordinating recurring deliverables, research workflows, meetings, and internal distributions.
• Support CFO Staff requests with urgency and precision, including action-item tracking, executive materials, and coordination of projects.
