Job Description We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio & Azure OpenAI Developer to design, build, and implement enterprise-grade Copilot solutions and intelligent AI agents. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions and reusable AI components.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise Copilot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build custom copilots, intelligent agents, and reusable AI components.
• Integrate Copilot solutions with Microsoft applications, REST APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Leverage Azure OpenAI Service and prompt engineering to develop effective AI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure GenAI/agentic AI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Support agent orchestration, model optimization, and enterprise AI integrations.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio development and configuration.
• Proficiency in Azure OpenAI Service.
• Strong Prompt Engineering experience.
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Development experience in Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Good understanding of Generative AI / LLM concepts.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Agentic AI and Autonomous Agents.
• Multi-agent architecture and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Fine-tuning and AI model optimization.
• Azure Machine Learning.
• Microsoft Power Platform / Microsoft 365 integrations.
