Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform & Microsoft Copilot SME to design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot technologies. The candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver automation, collaboration, and AI-driven solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Implement and customize Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions for business use cases.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and other enterprise applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Define and implement Power Platform architecture, governance, security, and best practices.
• Develop workflows and business process automation using Power Automate.
• Build and manage AI-powered conversational and agent-based solutions using Copilot Studio.
• Provide technical leadership and SME support for Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Support enterprise adoption of Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot capabilities.

• 8 10 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven experience delivering Copilot / Copilot Studio solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
