Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Power Platform & Microsoft Copilot SME with 8 10 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform, collaboration technologies, and enterprise digital solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot .

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise across Power Platform capabilities and Microsoft Copilot, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective low-code/no-code and AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot solutions.
• Design and implement enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Platform capabilities.
• Develop and configure Microsoft Copilot solutions to support business processes and improve productivity.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Power Platform and Copilot solutions.
• Build workflows, automations, applications, and integrations using Power Platform.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, enterprise applications, APIs, and other data sources.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for Power Platform architecture, development, security, and governance.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing Power Platform and Copilot implementations.
• Develop reusable components, standards, and frameworks for enterprise Power Platform adoption.
• Support solution deployment, testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot capabilities and recommend suitable solutions for business use cases.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Expertise in Microsoft Copilot / Copilot solutions.
• Strong understanding of Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Collaboration technologies.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade low-code/no-code solutions.
• Strong business requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with MIM (Microsoft Identity Manager).
• Experience or knowledge of Change Management / Change Manager responsibilities.
• Experience with Power Platform governance, security, and administration.
• Knowledge of Dataverse and Power Platform integrations.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with APIs and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.

Candidate Profile

• 8 10 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.
• Ability to work as an SME and provide technical guidance to development and business teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale Microsoft technology implementations is preferred.
