Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join our People Analytics team on a 6-month contract. The candidate will design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions, transforming complex business data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
  • Create KPIs, calculated measures, drill-throughs, and advanced visualizations.
  • Design optimized data models using star schema and dimensional modeling.
  • Develop complex DAX measures and calculations.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading using Power Query and ETL processes.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analytics.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
  • Optimize Power BI reports, data models, and queries for performance.
  • Manage the complete BI development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
  • Work closely with business and analytics stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 5–7 years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI and advanced DAX.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Query.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, star schema, and dimensional modeling.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data transformation.
  • Ability to independently manage BI projects from requirements through deployment and support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in People Analytics / HR Analytics.
  • Experience working with enterprise-scale BI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Power BI performance optimization and best practices.

Pay: ₹233,775.84 - ₹1,329,208.91 per year
