Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Upskilling Sales professional. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective corporate clients, conducting discovery calls to understand their upskilling needs, and presenting tailored GenAIx solutions that align with their workforce development goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing. The person in this role will collaborate with customer success and training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and support long-term client relationships. The position also requires maintaining accurate sales pipeline data, providing feedback on market trends, and contributing to revenue growth targets.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, interpret performance data, and support ROI-focused sales conversations.
• Finance-related skills to discuss budgets, pricing structures, and value propositions with corporate stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and clear written and verbal interactions with clients and internal teams.
• Customer service skills to build trust, respond to client inquiries, and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Training-related experience or familiarity with corporate learning, L&D programs, or upskilling initiatives.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or learning and development solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple opportunities.
• Comfort engaging with senior decision-makers (HR, L&D, finance, and operations leaders) and navigating complex sales cycles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
