About The Role We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Developer to join our team on a remote, contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications leveraging Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. The AI Developer will play a critical role in designing intelligent systems, automating processes, and driving the migration of projects to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation, applying cutting-edge techniques to solve real-world problems and improve our platform’s capabilities.

Qualifications The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. They should have between 2 to 3 years of professional experience in AI or Machine Learning engineering, demonstrating a strong proficiency in Python. Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and building agent-based systems is essential. Candidates must have solid skills in React for frontend development and expertise in SQL, particularly with relational databases. Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform AI/ML services is required, along with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset are also vital for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI-powered features utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and traditional Machine Learning techniques to enhance application capabilities.
• Design, implement, and deploy intelligent agents aimed at automating business processes and improving operational efficiency.
• Lead the migration of existing projects and applications to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• Engage in full-stack development, focusing on backend services using Python and creating responsive frontend interfaces with React.
• Perform data analysis and management using SQL, ensuring data accuracy, security, and accessibility for AI models and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver innovative AI solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and cloud technologies to continuously improve and innovate our platform.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high-quality standards and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
