As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and fostering relationships with potential clients.
Duties
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about our offerings and their benefits.
- Engage with customers through various channels, including in-person events, social media platforms, and community outreach.
- Collect research data to understand customer preferences and market trends.
- Utilize public speaking skills to present our brand effectively at events and trade shows.
- Assist in event marketing initiatives to promote brand visibility and customer interaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive product sales through effective communication strategies.
- Manage social media accounts to enhance online presence and engage with the audience.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability in sales or event marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies is advantageous.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Experience in conducting product demos or engaging in research data collection is beneficial.
