Oracle Fusion Financials / FAH Technical Consultant

Important: This is a highly technical Oracle Financials role. Candidates should have hands-on FAH + SLA + OIC experience, not just general Oracle ERP experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of Oracle ERP experience and a strong background in financial systems, accounting integrations, production support, troubleshooting, and Oracle database technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle EBS applications.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
• Develop and support end-to-end accounting integrations from external source systems into FAH.
• Provide functional and technical support for:
• Oracle General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Expense Management
• Subledger Accounting (SLA)
• Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)
• Accounts Receivable (AR) – preferred
• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and enhance integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop and maintain reports, extracts, and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher and related Oracle reporting tools.
• Develop and troubleshoot SQL and PL/SQL code.
• Perform Unix/Linux shell scripting as required.
• Support batch processing, job scheduling, and monitoring using Control-M.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions.
• Participate in incident management and production support activities.
• Manage support tickets and workflows using ServiceNow and Jira.
• Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
• Support Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing production support.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Oracle ERP experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials architecture and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of:
• Oracle GL
• Oracle AP
• Expense Management
• SLA
• FAH
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL development experience.
• Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience developing and supporting Oracle integrations.
• Experience with Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle reporting tools.
• Experience with Control-M for job scheduling and batch monitoring.
• Strong production support, troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Jira.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting financial systems within banking, capital markets, or enterprise finance environments.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, upgrades, and support.
• Experience with Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial integrations.

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
