Senior E-Commerce & AI Manager – Remote

We are a growing Canadian furniture and mattress manufacturer with an expanding e-commerce presence across Canada and multiple online marketplaces.

We are building a dedicated e-commerce team and are looking for a highly capable, tech-savvy and results-driven Senior E-Commerce & AI Manager based in India.

This is not a narrow marketplace listing role.

You will be involved across the entire e-commerce operation — marketplaces, Shopify, AI, digital marketing, social media, advertising, content creation, customer experience, promotions, competitive research and growth.

We are particularly looking for someone who understands how Artificial Intelligence is changing e-commerce and already uses AI extensively to work faster, create better content, improve marketing and solve business problems.

This position has significant growth potential and is intended to evolve into a senior leadership position such as Head of E-Commerce / Head of Operations as our business and team continue to grow.

What You Will Be Responsible ForE-Commerce Marketplace Management

Manage and grow our business across platforms including:

• Walmart Marketplace
• Amazon
• Best Buy Marketplace
• Wayfair
• Temu
• Shopify
• Facebook Marketplace
• Other current and future marketplaces

Responsibilities include:

• Manage marketplace accounts on a day-to-day basis.
• Create, upload, update and optimize product listings.
• Optimize titles, descriptions, bullet points, specifications, keywords, images and product attributes.
• Manage SKUs, variations and product catalogs.
• Monitor inventory and product availability.
• Manage pricing and competitive positioning.
• Create and manage deals, promotions, discounts and marketplace campaigns.
• Identify suppressed, unpublished, errored or underperforming listings.
• Troubleshoot marketplace issues and work with platform support teams to resolve them.
• Monitor account health and marketplace performance.
• Launch new products across multiple marketplaces.
• Identify opportunities to increase traffic, conversion rates and sales.
• Research competitors, products, pricing and marketplace trends.
• Continuously improve existing product listings based on performance data.

Hands-on experience managing major marketplace seller portals is highly preferred.

AI – A Major Part of This Role

Artificial Intelligence will be an important part of your daily work.

We are looking for someone who does much more than simply ask ChatGPT basic questions.

You should be comfortable using AI strategically for research, analysis, content creation, image generation, marketing, automation, problem-solving and productivity.

You may work with tools such as:

ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI and other generative AI platforms.

You will use AI to:

• Create and optimize e-commerce product listings.
• Conduct keyword and SEO research.
• Research competitors and market opportunities.
• Analyze products, pricing and marketplace positioning.
• Create marketing copy.
• Write advertisements.
• Create email campaigns.
• Generate social-media content.
• Create product feature graphics.
• Generate and edit product images.
• Generate realistic lifestyle images and advertising creatives.
• Improve existing product photography.
• Develop advertising concepts.
• Analyze customer reviews and feedback.
• Research new products and opportunities.
• Analyze marketplace data.
• Build reports and summaries.
• Develop better prompts and repeatable AI workflows.
• Automate repetitive tasks where possible.
• Identify new AI tools that can improve our operations.
• Find faster and smarter ways of performing everyday e-commerce tasks.

AI Image Generation & Creative Production

Experience with AI image generation and image editing is highly desirable.

You may be responsible for creating:

• Marketplace product images
• Lifestyle product images
• Amazon-style product feature graphics
• Social-media advertisements
• Facebook and Instagram creatives
• Promotional banners
• Product comparison graphics
• Website banners
• AI-generated marketing concepts

You should have a good visual sense and be comfortable combining AI tools with programs such as Canva, Photoshop or similar software.

Social Media Management

Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms including:
