Retail Pharmacist - Remote Contract (AI Research Project)

About the Role

NeonLabs is collaborating with a leading AI lab to engage licensed retail pharmacists as independent contractors for a research project.

You will use your professional experience to design pharmacy-related questions and scenarios that test how well advanced AI systems reason about real medication and patient-care decisions.

The work is remote and asynchronous, so you can contribute around your existing schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Design realistic pharmacy scenarios drawn from your day-to-day practice.
• Review AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy and patient safety.
• Identify errors in medication reasoning, interactions, and counseling guidance.
• Provide clear written feedback that improves model performance.
• Work independently in an asynchronous workflow.

Ideal Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with retail or community pharmacy experience.
• Strong working knowledge of medication therapy, interactions, and patient counseling.
• Comfortable documenting clinical reasoning in writing.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Native or professional fluency in English.

Compensation & Contract Terms

• Rate: $75 - $130 per hour (USD).
• Type: Independent Contractor.
• Payments: Weekly via Stripe or Wise.
• Schedule: Flexible hours, remote, and asynchronous.
• Contract Duration: Variable based on needs and performance (projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early).
