  • Identify changes in scope and prepare the limited quantity takeoffs, estimates, pricing, and supporting documentation needed to pursue change orders
  • Submit change proposals and follow through with clients until changes are resolved and incorporated into the work
  • Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting records, schedules, reports, and client communications
  • Lead project meetings and represent the company in coordination with general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Monitor project progress, quality, safety requirements, and schedule performance while addressing issues proactively
  • Manage procurement and confirm that required materials, equipment, subcontractors, and information are available when needed
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, follow-through, and practical problem-solving
  • Complete project closeout requirements, including final documentation, outstanding change management, punch-list coordination, and financial reconciliation

Qualifications:

  • Ideally 5 or more years of relevant construction project management or field coordination experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage construction projects, budgets, schedules, documentation, and client relationships
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, scopes of work, and change management
  • Experience with cost tracking, forecasting, project billings, and financial reporting
  • Ability to complete quantity takeoffs and prepare estimates or pricing for changes on active projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with construction project management software
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and coordinate multiple parties
  • Practical, proactive approach to identifying problems and developing solutions
  • Collaborative leadership style and the ability to work effectively with office and field teams
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities
  • Comfortable with regular travel and extended periods at project sites when required
