Tell My Truth and Shame the Devil C.I.C. is a survivor-led organisation building a platform for truth-telling, accountability, and community healing. Our work centres the voices of people who have been ignored, silenced, or left behind by existing systems.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications’/Experience

• Strong practical experience with modern AI systems, LLMs, agents or intelligent automation.
• Understanding of AI architecture beyond simply using AI APIs.
• Experience thinking about knowledge systems, context, orchestration and human oversight.
• Strong awareness of AI security, reliability, privacy and governance.
• Curious, experimental and ambitious about what AI can become.

What will you be doing?

Define how AI becomes part of the Tell Shame ecosystem.

• Design AI agents, knowledge systems, automation and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Establish standards for how AI accesses and uses organisational information.
• Prevent fragmented or uncontrolled AI implementations across Tell shame.
• Identify opportunities where AI can fundamentally improve how Tell Shame operates.
