Graphic Design Assistant

Job Summary

We are one of the leading kitchen and bath cabinet companies in the United States. For over 20 years, our products have been distributed through an extensive network of retailers, builders, contractors, designers and home centers nationwide.

We are seeking a Graphic Design Assistant to assist with updating and preparing a variety of print and digital materials, including product catalogs, specification sheets, price books, promotional materials, social media content, and website graphics.

Because this role supports bilingual communication and content needs, Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with updating layouts and graphic elements for printed materials, including product catalogs, product specification sheets, price books, promotional and marketing materials.
• Assist in creating and preparing social media content and graphics.
• Support website content and design updates.
• Follow established brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency.
• Perform repetitive design and formatting tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, layout, and color.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of social media content creation and digital formatting preferred.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive production tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) required.
• Portfolio or school projects to demonstrate basic design skills required
• Experience with print of digital production process is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
