Assistant Producer

Overview

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised and flexible producer to join a team of producers to manage key clients, mainly within the corporate sector.

In this role, you will play a vital part in bringing innovative projects to life by supporting the production process from conception to completion. Your energetic approach and keen eye for detail will help ensure smooth workflows, high-quality outputs, and engaging content that resonates with audiences. Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating production schedules, timelines, and deliverables for multimedia projects, including videos, photoshoots, and graphic design tasks
• Support the creation of visual content by capturing high-quality photography and video footage using professional equipment
• Edit videos utilizing software such as Adobe Premiere to craft compelling narratives and polished final products
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, develop storyboards, and ensure alignment with project goals
• Manage media assets by organizing files, maintaining archives, and ensuring all content complies with branding guidelines
• Assist in coordinating logistics for shoots, including location scouting, equipment setup, and talent scheduling

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience or coursework in photography and video production techniques
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, and familiarity with Final Cut Pro is highly desirable
• Strong skills in video editing and post-production workflows to produce engaging visual stories
• Knowledge of lighting, framing, and composition for photography and videography
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly within a team environment
• A proactive attitude with a passion for creative storytelling and multimedia production

Hourly rate, flexible and remote working, with some on location shoot days/office days in London.
