About the Role We are seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to join a growing AI organization and help define how artificial intelligence is applied to meaningful business problems across the enterprise.
This is a highly strategic, hands-on product role for someone who has successfully taken products from concept through launch, adoption, value realization, and ongoing lifecycle management. As the first dedicated Product Manager on the team, you will work directly with AI leadership and engineering to establish the product discipline, identify high-value opportunities, and determine where the organization should invest next.
The ideal candidate is a builder who is comfortable operating in an early-stage environment, challenging assumptions, narrowing ambiguous problems, and turning emerging AI capabilities into products that generate measurable business value.
What You’ll Do
- Own AI product strategy from opportunity identification and discovery through development, launch, adoption, measurement, and ongoing optimization.
- Partner with AI leadership to identify and prioritize the highest-value opportunities for AI across the organization.
- Translate complex business problems into clear product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
- Identify potential users and customers, understand their workflows and pain points, and validate whether AI is the right solution.
- Build compelling business cases for AI investments based on expected value, feasibility, risk, adoption potential, and organizational impact.
- Partner closely with engineering and technical teams to scope and deliver AI-enabled products.
- Lead product discovery and testing, using feedback and data to validate assumptions before scaling solutions.
- Reimagine existing processes and workflows to determine where AI can materially improve how work gets done.
- Establish success metrics and evaluate products based on measurable business outcomes rather than simply successful technical delivery.
- Own the ongoing product lifecycle, including adoption, performance, maintenance, iteration, and future investment decisions.
- Make thoughtful prioritization decisions, including identifying opportunities that should not be pursued due to limited value, feasibility, or risk.
- Build alignment across business, technical, and executive stakeholders while communicating clear rationale around product priorities and tradeoffs.
- Help establish the product management practices, frameworks, and ways of working that will support the broader AI organization as it grows.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years of dedicated Product Management experience, at the Senior or Staff Product Manager level.
- Demonstrated experience building and launching products in a strong product-led organization.
- Proven ownership of the full product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through production launch, adoption, measurement, and ongoing optimization.
- Ability to point to specific products you have launched and clearly articulate the business impact and value they generated.
- Experience identifying customer or user problems, evaluating opportunities, and building business cases for product investment.
- Strong product strategy skills with the ability to turn broad or ambiguous opportunities into focused, executable product plans.
- Experience partnering closely with engineering and technical teams to bring complex products into production.
- Strong understanding of AI and its potential applications to business processes, workflows, and decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI into your own ways of working and think critically about where AI creates meaningful value versus unnecessary complexity or risk.
- Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to make difficult tradeoffs while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strong executive and cross-functional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications We are open to candidates across industries but are particularly interested in individuals who have worked within highly product-driven, technology-forward organizations or startup environments. You …
