Job Description
About The Company Kmotion Design is a forward-thinking, collaborative agency dedicated to crafting custom user-centered digital experiences across web design, branding, video, and marketing. Our team is composed of innovative self-starters and strategic thinkers committed to delivering exceptional value and measurable ROI for our clients. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive, dynamic environment that encourages creativity, growth, and excellence in every project. Our approach emphasizes holistic user experience, ensuring that every touchpoint—digital or offline—is intentional, cohesive, and tailored to meet client objectives.
About The Role We are seeking a thoughtful and detail-driven UX Designer to join our expanding team at Kmotion Design. This fully remote position is open to U.S. residents (excluding California and Hawaii). As a UX Designer, you will play an integral role in developing visually appealing, high-performing web experiences that prioritize user needs and business goals. This role emphasizes collaboration and strategic thinking. While you won’t be solely responsible for setting the entire creative vision, your input will be crucial in shaping the direction of projects and ensuring that user experience remains at the forefront. If you have a passion for thoughtful digital design, a keen eye for detail, and enjoy translating strategic insights into intuitive interfaces, you will thrive in this environment.
