About The Role We are seeking a skilled UI/UX/Product Designer with experience in Salesforce to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for Salesforce applications tailored to meet the specific needs of our government clients. This position requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, proficiency in Salesforce platform customization, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders. The role involves creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, conducting usability testing, and ensuring that all designs adhere to Salesforce standards and brand guidelines. The candidate must also be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance, making this position suitable for individuals committed to government projects and federal IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with specific expertise in Salesforce environments
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects, especially in Salesforce
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Lightning Components
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation
• Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team
• Capacity to obtain Public Trust Clearance

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements
• Create user-centric designs that improve usability and enhance user experience within Salesforce applications
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and adherence to Salesforce platform standards
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine and improve designs
• Implement Salesforce customizations and configurations to achieve optimal user interfaces
• Maintain consistency in design and ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all Salesforce applications
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, Salesforce platform features, and accessibility standards
