Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Pega QA Developer / Pega Tester with 5+ years of experience in software testing and strong hands-on expertise in Pega applications . The candidate will be responsible for ensuring application quality through effective test design, execution, exploratory testing, and defect management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases and test scenarios for Pega applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing .
- Validate Pega workflows, business rules, case management, and application functionality.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects .
- Collaborate with Pega Developers, Business Analysts, and QA teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support release validation.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of QA/testing experience with hands-on Pega testing .
- Strong expertise in Test Case Design and Exploratory Testing .
- Strong Defect Management and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies .
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
