EDI Integration Specialist (Oracle Integration Cloud / OIC)

Location: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $55-$65/hr

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an EDI Integration Specialist with strong Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience to support a global supply chain, distribution, and logistics organization.

This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, supporting, and optimizing EDI/B2B integrations, APIs, and workflows while serving as a key liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external trading partners.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on integration development expertise with strong business acumen and can successfully support integration initiatives across supply chain, logistics, warehouse, distribution, and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Build and maintain EDI, API, and B2B integration solutions
  • Support retail and logistics EDI transaction processing and troubleshooting
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Onboard, test, and support external trading partners
  • Monitor integration performance and resolve production support issues
  • Troubleshoot failed EDI transactions and connectivity problems
  • Support AS2, SFTP, and API communication protocols
  • Collaborate with business users, vendors, developers, and supply chain teams
  • Document integration designs, mappings, workflows, and support procedures
  • Drive integration best practices and process improvements
  • Manage multiple concurrent integration initiatives
