The Role
- Build scalable systems using Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and modern AI frameworks.
- Own and build AI-powered tools that enhance customer experience at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and operations.
- Work on meaningful, real-world problems with immediate impact.
- Contribute to 40% Backend / API Development (Python), 30% Frontend / UI (TypeScript/JavaScript), and 30% AI Systems, Integrations, and Automation.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of full stack development experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
- Experience building AI-powered tools, automation systems, or integrations.
- Ability to work independently and solve complex technical challenges.
- Experience with system debugging and performance optimization.
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
