Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years managing engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience working in modern technology organizations delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
- Experience with microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and modern architectural patterns.
- Proficiency in one or more technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, Go, React, or TypeScript.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Proven experience managing large-scale customer engagements and technology transformation programs.
- Strong program execution, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Demonstrated success influencing and managing Director, VP, and C-level customer stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
