The Role

• Design, enhance, and maintain intuitive Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize complex data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into practical visualization and analytics solutions.
• Develop advanced calculated fields, custom logic, and visual elements within Tableau for detailed analysis.
• Optimize Tableau dashboard performance by identifying bottlenecks and applying specific optimization techniques.
• Work with data structures and specifications to ensure accurate reporting and effective dashboard design.
• Participate actively in Agile or Scrum ceremonies, contributing to iterative development and delivery.

What You’ll Need

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience developing business intelligence solutions with Tableau Desktop.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Experience creating complex calculations, formulas, and logic within Tableau.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and ability to work from technical specifications.
• Familiarity with performance tuning methods for Tableau dashboard responsiveness.
• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
