Senior Lead Backend Engineer – GenAI / Agentic AI
Location: Fully Remote – U.S.
Position Type: Long-Term Contract
Compensation: Up to $70/hour W-2
Work Authorization: Candidates must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S. on a W-2 basis. No C2C or 1099 arrangements.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Lead Backend Engineer to join the Infrastructure/Information Security Group within the Platform Engineering Team.
This is a highly hands-on engineering role focused on building scalable platform solutions, improving the application development process, and leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI to automate and accelerate software engineering workflows.

Hands-on + Backend-heavy + AWS + TypeScript + GenAI/Agentic AI + Solution-oriented
We are looking for someone who codes extensively on a daily basis , rather than someone whose background is primarily management, project coordination, or high-level architecture.
The ideal engineer can walk into an existing environment, understand the architecture and business/technical problem, determine the appropriate solution, and personally build and deliver it .
