About us

We’re a small team of real estate entrepreneurs who are genuinely in the business of doing big things — acquiring multifamily properties, building an investor community, producing content, running events, and growing a brand that’s gaining serious traction.

This isn’t a sleepy corporate office. We move fast. We close deals. We host packed events, build investor networks, and run a media operation on the side. We’re at the stage where every hour we free up translates directly into more deals closed and more money made — which is why this role matters a lot to us.

The executive you’d be working most closely with is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and emerging voice in the multifamily investment space. He’s building something you’ll actually want to tell people about.

What you’ll actually do

Executive support — Own the calendar. Stay on top of email. Chase deadlines before they’re missed. Coordinate with lenders, brokers, attorneys, and partners. Help prep decks and presentations. Use AI tools to make everything faster.

Office & admin — Keep the office running. Organize our Google Drive. Interface with the team on projects. Deal with vendors. Handle supplies. Run errands when needed (notary, FedEx, mail, etc.).

Personal assistant, when needed — Grab dry cleaning, gas up the car, drive us to an event so we can work in the backseat. You’re the person who handles the details so we can stay focused on the big picture.

What we’re looking for

• Organized, proactive, and a self-starter — you don’t wait to be told twice
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable with tech (Google Workspace, AI tools, basic project management)
• Calm under pressure, fast on your feet, and genuinely reliable
• Someone who takes pride in making the people around them more effective

Bonus (not required)

If you’ve worked in real estate — as an assistant, TC, loan processor, escrow officer, or even have your license — that’s a real advantage. We deal with contracts, loans, escrows, and insurance constantly. If you already know the vocabulary, you’ll hit the ground running. That said, we’re open to training the right person who brings the right energy and attitude.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
