We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and reliable Group Marketing Assistant / Executive to join our team in Dartford, Kent. This role is specifically designed to suit a professional returning to work or anyone seeking a flexible schedule. You will provide vital support to our Group Marketing Manager, balancing creative content tasks with essential administrative support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manager Support: Act as primary support to the Group Marketing Manager to plan and roll out multimedia campaigns.
• Digital Updates: Manage daily digital tasks, update the website, and brief social media content.
• Direct Marketing: Build and execute targeted email and SMS campaigns using Keyloop software.
• Asset Management: Download brand assets from dealer portals and meet strict manufacturer compliance deadlines.
• Reporting: Assist with post-campaign analysis and produce monthly used car reports.
• Events & Sponsorship: Support showroom events, manage booking platforms, and organise local product placements.
• Online Presence: Maintain and update Group GMB (Google Business Profile) accounts with weekly posts.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Experience: Minimum of two years in a marketing and administration role.
• Software: Confidence with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Keyloop or website CMS is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail.
• Organisation: Ability to prioritise a changing workload, use your own initiative, and meet tight deadlines.
• Industry: Automotive industry experience is preferred but not essential.
