Job Description
Before You Apply
This is a high-trust, hands-on Executive Assistant role supporting leadership across restaurant operations, hospitality projects, and real estate initiatives. This is not a traditional administrative position where you will be given a checklist of tasks each morning.
We are looking for someone who can think independently, move quickly, follow through, and figure things out.
You may start your day working on an executive’s calendar, spend part of the day coordinating with a restaurant manager or vendor, and then shift to a real estate project, business deadline, or urgent request from leadership.
Priorities can change quickly. You need to be comfortable with that.
You will be expected to:
- Take ownership of assignments from start to finish.
- Follow up without being reminded.
- Keep track of multiple deadlines and moving pieces.
- Communicate professionally with executives, managers, vendors, brokers, and business partners.
- Identify what needs to happen next rather than waiting for someone to tell you.
- Be comfortable working in restaurants and visiting company locations.
- Handle confidential business information with discretion.
- Ask questions when you need clarification but also be resourceful enough to find solutions independently.
- Stay calm, organized, and professional when priorities change.
If you are the type of person who sees a problem and thinks “I’ll figure it out,” enjoys being trusted with important responsibilities, and wants to work closely with executive leadership as the business grows, this could be an excellent opportunity.
If that sounds like you, proceed to apply.
