MarTech AI Solution Architect

About the Role

We’re seeking a MarTech AI Solution Architect to design and deliver next-generation AI-enabled marketing and customer engagement solutions for enterprise clients, primarily within Financial Services and other regulated industries.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• Marketing Technology (MarTech)
• Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
• AI / GenAI (LLMs, Copilots, AI Agents)
• Personalization & Customer Decisioning
• Marketing Workflow Transformation

You will work across business, product, data, and engineering teams to help shape modern marketing architectures powered by AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design AI-enabled MarTech architectures
• Develop AI-driven campaign and personalization solutions
• Architect customer decisioning and audience intelligence capabilities
• Build solutions leveraging CDPs, marketing automation, and AI services
• Partner with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, and orchestration layers
• Lead AI-powered workflow transformation initiatives
• Support rapid prototyping and innovation efforts using GenAI technologies

Required Experience

• 8+ years of MarTech, Customer Experience, or Marketing Technology architecture experience
• Experience with campaign orchestration, CDP, personalization, customer decisioning, or marketing automation
• Practical experience with AI/GenAI, including LLMs, Copilots, AI Agents, RAG, or workflow automation
• Strong enterprise architecture and integration experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
