Duties

• Develop and implement AI models utilizing frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other machine learning libraries to solve complex business problems.
• Conduct statistical analysis and modeling using tools like R, SAS, and statistical analysis software to support research initiatives and predictive analytics.
• Design and optimize data pipelines with ETL processes using Talend, Bash scripts, or similar tools to ensure efficient data flow across big data environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy machine learning models on cloud platforms such as AWS or specialized machine learning cloud services for scalability and performance.
• Perform model evaluation, tuning, and validation to ensure high accuracy and robustness in predictive modeling analysis.
• Manage large datasets using SQL databases, Hadoop, Spark implementation, and other big data systems for data mining and analytics projects.
• Incorporate natural language processing (NLP) techniques for language understanding tasks and generative AI applications to enhance product features.
• Lead efforts in model deployment, scalability enhancements, and continuous monitoring of AI models in production environments.
• Utilize data visualization tools like Looker to communicate insights effectively across stakeholders.
• Stay current with advancements in quantum engineering, machine learning frameworks, and AI implementation strategies to innovate continuously.

Experience

• Proven experience in developing AI models using machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong background in statistical analysis tools including R or SAS for research-driven insights.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud-based machine learning services on AWS or similar platforms for scalable model deployment.
• Extensive knowledge of big data systems like Hadoop, Spark, and SQL databases for large-scale data processing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), with experience applying them in AI development projects.
• Experience designing database schemas and implementing ETL pipelines for efficient data management.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), predictive modeling analysis, generative AI techniques, and model evaluation methodologies.
• Ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams on complex projects involving data mining, analytics, and scalable AI solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on statistical modeling for research purposes combined with practical skills in model training and deployment.
