Senior Architect, Agentic AI for Marketing

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Architect, Agentic AI for Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will lead the architecture and delivery of advanced agentic AI solutions that support marketing operations and decision-making. You will translate business needs into scalable AI system designs, helping shape how intelligent agents are applied across the marketing organization. This position partners closely with marketing stakeholders and technical teams to define practical architectures, production standards, and measurable business impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $224,000 – $356,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of agentic AI solutions for the marketing organization
• Translate marketing needs into practical agent architectures
• Advance the marketing platform’s agentic AI capabilities
• Shape the platform roadmap across multiple capabilities
• Design reliable interfaces for agent invocation and tool execution
• Establish production practices for agentic systems across multiple criteria
• Guide technical tradeoffs related to model quality, retrieval precision, and business impact
• Build prototypes and technical blueprints for scalable production systems

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, solutions architecture, or data platforms
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, recommendation systems, or agentic AI
• Strong Python programming skills with API, Linux, and distributed systems experience
• Knowledge of agentic AI system design, including orchestration and evaluation
• Experience with integrations between AI agents and enterprise tools
• Conversational AI development with structured or semi-structured data experience
• Familiarity with production AI infrastructure and CI/CD practices
