Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
- Build and customize IVR workflows, contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and call flows.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda, APIs, CRM, and enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize contact center performance.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable customer service solutions.
- Participate in testing, deployments, enhancements, and ongoing platform support.
- Follow development best practices and ensure high availability of contact center applications.
