Gallop Intelligence is an SF Bay Area AI startup and an early leader in enterprise legacy code modernization, working with Fortune 500 customers who use Gallop to replace legacy internal IT systems. The co-founders were senior leaders at Google and Lovable.

THE JOB

• Build and ship full-stack features that support customer integrations, from the first working version to something reliable in real usage.

• Own a slice of the integration and deployment workflow and architecture, including debugging, iteration, and hardening based on what production customers actually do.

• Work in tight loops: implement, release, observe behaviour, then fix the sharp edges until it is dependable.

• Collaborate closely with the team to keep requirements crisp and execution moving. No wandering, just clear constraints and fast follow-through.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 0 to 3 years of experience, or newly graduated and early-career aligned to this scope.

• Strong fundamentals and the ability to implement features precisely, not “close enough”.

• Comfort iterating from real signals (logs, user behaviour, production feedback) and improving reliability over time.

• Ability to work in-office in Bangalore.

EVEN BETTER IF

• Experience across Python, TypeScript and React, or a strong track record of full-stack ownership.

• You have helped improve reliability by learning from production usage, not just passing tests.

WHO THRIVES HERE

You would rather be given a hard problem than a detailed spec. You are comfortable saying “I don’t know” and then going and finding out. You want to be the least experienced person in the room for a while, because that is how you get good.

• ₹30L to ₹40L base salary
