Must-Have
- Platform Configuration: Setting up service catalogs, user roles, departments, and multi-level approval chains
- ITSM & ITIL Processes: Incident, problem, change, release, and asset management
- Workflow Automation: Building event-based and time-based automations, orchestrations, and supervisor rules
- Asset & CMDB Management: Hardware/software inventory tracking and dependency mapping
- Analytics & Reporting: Custom dashboards, widget creation, and SLA tracking metrics
- Freshworks Developer Kit (FDK): Serverless apps, custom apps, and Server Method Invocation (SMI)
- API & Webhooks: RESTful API integration, custom action setups, and third-party tool synchronization
- SLA & Escalation: Creating response and resolution service level agreements with multi-tier escalations
