Marketing & Community Relations Manager

Professional Roofing Solutions & Construction isn’t looking for someone to sit behind a desk and schedule a few Facebook posts each week.

We’re looking for someone who can help make PRSC impossible to ignore.

Someone who sees a packed community event and thinks, “Why aren’t we there?”

Someone who enjoys marketing, social media, events, PR, community involvement, partnerships, and building a brand people recognize.

You’ll have the freedom to bring ideas to the table, try new things, and help shape how PRSC shows up throughout Northern Indiana.

What You’ll OwnEvents & Community Involvement

• Find and coordinate events PRSC should be involved in
• Plan company events, home shows, festivals, sponsorships, giveaways, and community initiatives
• Maintain a monthly and annual event calendar
• Coordinate event setup, signage, promotional items, displays, and staffing
• Build relationships with local businesses, chambers, nonprofits, schools, real estate professionals, property managers, and community organizations
• Look for new ways to keep PRSC visible throughout the communities we serve

We don’t want to just show up with a table and a banner.

We want people to remember us.

Social Media & Content

• Manage PRSC’s organic social media presence
• Create and maintain a consistent content calendar
• Create posts, reels, short-form videos, and other content
• Highlight projects, employees, customers, events, company culture, and community involvement
• Coordinate photos and videos from jobsites and events
• Create giveaways, promotions, and engaging campaigns
• Grow followers, reach, and engagement
• Keep our social media active, authentic, and local

We’re not looking for generic roofing content.

We want content that feels like PRSC.

Public Relations & Brand Awareness

• Build relationships with local media and community organizations
• Identify opportunities for press releases, news stories, awards, and recognition
• Promote company milestones, charitable efforts, major projects, customer stories, and employee accomplishments
• Develop partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
• Find creative ways to increase PRSC’s visibility throughout Northern Indiana

Creative Marketing

We want someone who brings ideas.

That could include:

• Guerrilla marketing
• Local partnerships
• Giveaways and contests
• Branded merchandise
• Community campaigns
• Unique sponsorships
• Employee-driven content
• Creative promotions
• New ways to get the PRSC name in front of people

Not every idea has to work.

We’d rather have someone constantly bringing new ideas to the table than someone waiting to be told what to do.

What This Position Does NOT Manage

This position does not manage PRSC’s paid lead vendors or third-party lead sources.

Your focus is:

Brand. Social. Events. Community. PR. Relationships. Visibility.

Events and marketing activities may naturally create customer opportunities, but you will not be responsible for the company’s overall lead volume.

What Success Looks Like

We’ll measure progress through things like:

• Social media growth and engagement
• Consistent content
• Events attended and created
• Community partnerships
• Business relationships
• Sponsorships
• PR and media opportunities
• Giveaways and campaigns
• Brand visibility
• New ideas successfully implemented

You’ll provide leadership with a monthly overview of what was completed, what worked, what’s coming next, and where you see new opportunities.

Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, photography, video editing, or content creation is a plus.

Construction experience is not required.

A college degree is not required.
