This is a position for a successful GP, who demonstrated successful exits and cash flow management. Ability to co-invest with the LPs (“skin in the game”) is core.

No consultants, bankers, associate roles or fractionals. CVC managers from core industries welcome, but must understand VC management and must have ambition to super scale for IPO. • Qualifications: Strong track record of raising a new fund.
• Deep industry expertise and a keen understanding of market dynamics, trends and competitive landscapes.
• Understanding of business models and how AI scales.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to conduct rigorous strategic and financial analysis.
